Maldivian style yummy tasty omelette recipe

Maldivian style omelette

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
4 egg
1/2 drumstick leaf
1/4 onion
1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 chilli (or as per taste)
1/6 tbsp pepper powder (or as per taste)
1/8 tbsp salt powder (or as per taste)


Preparation:
Beat all the eggs in separate bowl. Chop the onion and chilli. Separate the leaves.

Direction:
Mix pepper, salt, onion and chili. Mix it gently to press the onions. Than add eggs and leaves. And mix it well. Pour the mix on to preheated (low heat) pan. Fry until it is boiled. Enjoy omelette in your foods.
